The Academy
The significance of the role of leading behaviour in schools is often underestimated
and the leaders themselves, underdeveloped.
In many cases leaders find themselves being a sounding board for behaviour issues,
rather than a source of behaviour solutions.
The ACADEMY for BEHAVIOUR LEADERSHIP is designed to give leaders of
behaviour the specialised and comprehensive training that they deserve and
that the role necessitates.
How does it work?
The Academy for Behaviour Leadership is a one-year programme
delivered fully online.
Academy delegates attend one 90mins webinar each month for
12 months beginning in February 2024.
The academy modules are standalone, making it a rolling programme that delegates can join at any point throughout the year.
The programme content has been specifically designed for those leading behaviour in primary and secondary schools whether within the role of: Teacher, SENCo, Pastoral Lead, Head of Year, Assistant/ Deputy Head, Inclusion Lead or Learning Mentor.
